Returns and Exchanges

At Hasbi Adamoh, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

- We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

-Accessories, undergarments, or custom-made items.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order was placed with a promotional code or discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after discounts.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@hasbiadamoh.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

International Returns (Qatar):

For orders placed outside the UAE, please contact our customer care team at info@hasbiadamoh.com to initiate your return.

Once your return request is approved, you may ship the item back to us using a tracked courier service of your choice.

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
