Returns and Exchanges
• At Hasbi Adamoh, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
-Accessories, undergarments, or custom-made items.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order was placed with a promotional code or discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after discounts.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@hasbiadamoh.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
International Returns (Qatar):
For orders placed outside the UAE, please contact our customer care team at info@hasbiadamoh.com to initiate your return.
Once your return request is approved, you may ship the item back to us using a tracked courier service of your choice.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
