Shipping

• Where do you currently ship to?

We currently ship within the UAE.

• What if I’m outside the UAE?

For orders outside the UAE, please email us at info@hasbiadamoh.com. While we’re not officially shipping internationally yet, we’d be happy to discuss possible arrangements.

• How long does delivery take?

Orders within the UAE are delivered within 7 to 14 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

• At Hasbi Adamoh, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

- We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

-Accessories, undergarments, or custom-made items.

- Sale or promotional items (unless faulty).

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order was placed with a promotional code or discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after discounts.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@hasbiadamoh.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are only available for items of the same style in a different size or color (subject to availability).

How Exchanges Work

 

  1. Contact our customer care team at info@hasbiadamoh.com with your order number and exchange request.
  2. Once approved, return the original item to us.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement item.

Yes, we accept custom order requests. Please email us at info@hasbiadamoh.com for inquiries and further details.

We recommend dry cleaning for all garments to ensure they maintain their quality and structure.
