Shipping
• Where do you currently ship to?
We currently ship within the UAE and Qatar
• What if I’m outside these locations?
For orders outside the UAE and Qatar, please email us at info@hasbiadamoh.com. While we’re not officially shipping internationally yet, we’d be happy to discuss possible arrangements.
• How long does delivery take?
Please allow 7–14 working days for your order to be processed and prepared before dispatch.
Once shipped, estimated delivery timelines are:
- UAE: 2–5 business days
- Qatar: 4–7 business days
Important Notes:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or promotions.
- Free international shipping is available on orders above 5,000 AED.
- Orders below this threshold will incur a standard international shipping fee of 80 AED.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return an item?
• At Hasbi Adamoh, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
-Accessories, undergarments, or custom-made items.
- Sale or promotional items (unless faulty).
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order was placed with a promotional code or discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after discounts.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@hasbiadamoh.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
International Returns (Qatar):
Customers in Qatar may initiate a return by contacting us at info@hasbiadamoh.com.
Once approved, you may ship the item back to us using a tracked courier service of your choice.
Please note: return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are only available for items of the same style in a different size or color (subject to availability).
How Exchanges Work
- Contact our customer care team at info@hasbiadamoh.com with your order number and exchange request.
- Once approved, return the original item to us.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement item.

We recommend dry cleaning for all garments to ensure they maintain their quality and structure.
